Rolling Stone to release a new album by Christmas

Rolling Stone guitarist, Keith Richards, has recently said in a conference that the band is working on a new album and will release it by Christmas. This album will be the band’s first new album in this decade.

The 71-year old guitarist said the band has never been in a better shape and will be hitting the studios after their South American tour.

The band’s untitled album will be the first after 2005’s- A Bigger Bang. Earlier this year, frontman Mick Jagger told Rolling Stone he was unsure about a new Stones album. "It would be very nice and I've got a lot of new songs and songs I've written over the last couple of years," he said. "I've done really good demos for all of them, which I would love to record. So, let's hope so."
